RETURNS |
We offer refunds or exchanges on any items returned within 30 days of delivery, providing they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold and in their original packaging.
Your leather item will naturally change and evolve over time building a look and feel unique only to your item and you. This is something to be cherished, but we also recommend you follow the below guidance to ensure maximum longevity for your leather item:
- Avoid direct exposed sources of light and heat
- Avoid excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes or cosmetics. If your item gets wet, remove excess moisture by dabbing with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature. Do not force dry with heat!
- Avoid excessive contact with oils, alcohol (perfume solvents) or cosmetics and other abrasive products, as they can all cause permanent stains.
- When storing your leather item, keep it in a cool, dark and well ventilated place. Avoid humid storage places and never store in plastic covers!
- Any fresh marks or stains can be removed by wiping gently with a soft damp cloth. Never vigorously rub a stubborn stain and instead seek assistance of a professional cleaner.
- Regularly use a soft bristled brush or soft cloth to remove dust and debris particles.
It is important to remember that Leather is a natural product and because of this you will have variations in tone, marks or grain. These natural features are terroir characteristics of the animal and not to be treat as imperfections.
